Usage:
1. Press the "read" key for 1 second only.
2. "S01" is for Brix%, this can also test all liquids with sugar such as juice, milky tea ect, range 0-50 %. "S02" is for coffeeconcentration range 0-25.
3. Press "READ" for 1 second, the meter will give the current value. If press "READ" for more than 2 seconds, the meter will conduct 15 counts and countdown, and the reading is the average.
4. Press the "Scale" key more than 2 seconds, the meter will display Celsius or Fahrenheit.
5. Calibration: You do not need calibration every time. Drip 3 ~ 5 drops of distilled water on sample plate, make sure the water and the meter temperature are the same and the standard temperature is 20 ° C, then cover it. Press the "CAL" key for more than 2 seconds until "CAL" flashes, press the "CAL" key again, the meter will display "END" and display 0.0%.
6. The meter will turn off in one minute if it does not work.

Note:
1. After the sample is measured, wash the sample plate with distilled water and dry it with a soft cleaning cloth or paper towel.
2. Do not leave the sample residue and residue in the sample plate for a long time.
3. Please clean the sample plate as soon as possible to avoid irremediable damage to prisms and metal surfaces during finishing measurement of corrosive liquids.
4. Please use a soft cleaning cloth or paper towel to clean the sample plate, so as not to scratch the prism glass.
5. When the dropper and dust-free cloth are not used, please clean them with water and put them into the packing box.
6. If the device is not used for a long time, please remove the battery and keep it in a cool and dry environment.
